Overall, our experience was good. We really loved how close we were to all stores and restaurants. It's only a 1 or 2 minute drive to downtown where the entertainment is at. The customer service at checkin was amazing and beyond 5 stars and really easy checkout. They really made us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the convenience for housekeeping via text and they were quick with delivering what we requested. The washer & dryer was a great addition to our stay as well for towels. We also had basic kitchen items that came in great handy. Several of our guests got bit inside so I suggest bug spray indoors on your skin. Beds were clean and fresh. Shower was okay but the hot water made up for it. The couches were dirty but we put towels and blankets over. Overall, I do recommend staying here.

Really great place to stay while on the big island!! We were able to choose our unit on the property and I would recommend being on the top of the units if possible because you can hear the people above you very clearly. Luckily everyone was pretty respectful about quiet time so not that big of a problem. Location was great as it was a short drive to the main strip but also to Costco and Target which are great places to go grocery shopping. We had five people so someone slept on the couch every night and that was a bit rough but overall a very comfortable stay. David was a great host and we would stay here again should we see ourselves back in Kona.
