Gretchen’s property was great to stay at! I find that AirBnbs often are not as good as the pictures, but that is definitely not the case with this property as it far exceeded expectations! Plenty of room for the number of people listed on the property, and a great kitchen/bbq to use for cooking.

From the very get-go, Gretchen and her team were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The house (beautiful) was in pristine shape and had all the listed amenities and more. Plenty of space to sleep, eat and hang out, and the kitchen is great. Would definitely recommend this house to any groups or families looking to stay a short (10 minute) drive from all that Southampton has to offer.

We were two families with 4 kids and a dog they very graciously allowed us to bring along. The house had never been rented before and was in excellent condition. Chris, the property manager, went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.
