Booked a villa for 6 people with 2 dogs and pool was a must have on the reservation. The place is clean with comfortable beds & nice furnishings but lacks toiletries. The heated pool's temperature can't be adjusted, & maintenance person enters backyard unannounced. Misinformed about TVs; only one available, causing inconvenience. Outdoor space is surveilled by cameras, affecting privacy. Issues with an unmentioned check-in form and pet deposit not charged at booking, which was resolved w/ payment of $100 through Airbnb. In summary, while the villa itself offered a clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our stay, several aspects of our experience could have been enhanced through clearer communication in the listing, more responsive & empathetic interaction from host and concierge, & reevaluation of privacy related to surveillance. These points of feedback, if addressed, could significantly improve future guests' experiences at this property ensuring a great stay.

Sin duda la mejor casa de Tulum country club cerca de la playa publica a unos 800mt caminando , o en auto hay lugares publicos o pagas un valet en el beach club de 50 pesos entres o no al beach club. La casa es excepcionalmente "PERFECTA" eramos un grupo de 5 adultos y 1 niña las recamaras son muy amplias todo funciona a la perfecccion la alberca en la propiedad es grande y tiene calefaccion, hay un asador argentino enorme, la cocina es super amplia la sala de lo mejor, sin duda compraria esa casa si estubiera a la venta
