Overall this was ok. Cabin was nice but there were a few things that were frustrating that you wouldn’t expect to deal with given the price of this rental. No coffee filters. We brought our own coffee which I feel is pretty standard but was frustrating to have to go to the store to get filters first. Would have been happy to bring our own but no way of knowing correct size. The “clean” towels were definitely not clean. The provided towels smelled like old gym socks. Bird poop everywhere. The deck and patio were covered in bird poop, did not make for an area we wanted to spend time in. The master toilet was clogged upon arrival. We used the toilet after arriving (#1) and it was clogged and backed up. The propane tank on the barbecue was empty. Frustrating to go and grill burgers for dinner and the propane tank empty. Batteries for the fireplace were dead. Had to get new ones. Pictures mislead the solitude, this cabin is right on top of neighbors. Not really private.

We had a great stay! It was a beautiful house not too far of a drive to Wolf Creek Ski. We would gladly stay again!

We loved our stay and the hot tub was a treat after a long day on the slopes. Drive is about 45 min to Wolf Creek. Previous review mentions low lighting…they are correct. If this bothers you, bring alternate lighting. Wished we would have brought an extra plug strip or 2 as plugs are limited and some are loose. If you like to sleep cold, sleep downstairs, otherwise bring a space heater. Overall, the house was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved playing in the snow out back and Leo was SO helpful with a few small things here and there that popped up!

Stayed at this location for a few days while skiing at Wolf Creek. The house is close to town for groceries but also far enough away to have a nice get away from the town. Only about a 35-45 minute drive to Wolf Creek. The sauna and hot tub was such a nice luxury to have after a long day on the mountain. Great house for a couple of people.

Overall it was a great place! The hot tub and sauna were a plus after a full day of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped, fridge has an ice maker, and hot tub towels were provided. The bedrooms were very dark as though there are no ceiling lights, only lamps with low wattage. The only thing I can advise is maybe leave out more bath towels and at least one kitchen rag. Other than that there were plenty of paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. There is an ordinance on exterior lights being turned off by 10pm but there are no working outside lights other than solar powered Edison lights on the back patio. So if you plan on doing some grilling on the front patio bring flashlights!
