We are located in the heart of Fairfield, a historic charming walkable neighbourhood with many century-old heritage homes on quiet tree-lined streets leading to the Salish Sea, to the famous waterfront Dallas Road, Clover Point Park, and many beaches including picturesque Gonzales Bay, and dramatic views of the Olympic Mountains. Our property is steps to Cook Street Village, a lively strip featuring laid-back eateries, cafés, sidewalk patio, grocery stores, and small local shops. Only a few blocks from us are the vibrant and popular Moss Street Market, a weekly summer outdoor market, with stalls of local produce and crafts. For anyone who appreciates Victorian, Edwardian, and Craftsman homes, or who wants a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Downtown, look no further than this wonderful, quiet, friendly residential neighbourhood. - 7 min by car or 15 min by direct bus to Royal Jubilee hospital;
- 40 min by car or 1 hour by bus from Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal;
- 30-40 min by car or 1 hr by bus from Victoria International Airport.

We have free off-street parking for our guests at the back of our property on a first come basis. There are also free street parking around our property. Permit is not required.
