Have stayed here a few times now. It has been a very positive experience each time. Will likely try and stay here again in the future as we shuttle kids to/from college - extremely conveniently located

Perfect for me and my classmates to stay at. The place has a very homey vibe. I didn't realize that there were people staying in the basement section, so just be aware of that! The backyard was really pretty, and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Dann gave very good instructions at the beginning of our stay so I felt like I knew everything that I needed to when pulling up to it.

We enjoyed our stay at Dann's place and felt very welcome. The house is charming and distinct and has everything that could be needed. The living room with its huge seating area provides a wonderful place to relax and visit. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is close to restaurants and local sights. There are occupants in the basement but we didn't see them and only heard them a few times, and it wasn't a bother. We would stay in this cute home again and appreciate Dann's great communication.

Close to BYU. Great place for our family. The best thing about our stay was the couch in the living room. Perfect for gathering with my family.

wondeful little house located close to restaurants and a great walking path just in back Dan was very helpful with check in Would recommend it highly
