Ning and the other property managers were very helpful, attentive, and kind. They didn’t hesitate to reach out with advice, which was very helpful for someone unfamiliar with the area. We stayed for 2 months and were happy with our stay. The apartment was close to a nice park and a very well-connected train station. Very responsive, including during the booking process. Would stay again!

Communication was through a facility manager that was responsive. Although, the indication of the floor's apartment was wrongly communicated since it was located on the fourth floor instead of the first one. The house is quite spacious for 4 people, although it seemed odd and not pleasant to have a dinner table with only 2 stools!!! The bathroom is a bit old (leaking toilet), the shower curtain were dirty and moldy, and one single bedroom's wall was dirty. Overall, the house has a lot of potential but must have those little things fixed to be worth the price. If you plan on being a lot in Den Haag, be aware that this house is 1 h away by walking to the city center. Finally, very appreciated that they let us extend the check-out until 2pm.
