It was a great stay. Really clean and tidy. Beautiful scenery and not far from downtown. Only problem was the ac leaking our last night but over all great stay!

We had a nice stay! The decor was lovely and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. For the place in itself, we would come back! But communication was a bit odd. They might be quite spammy before arriving. They might also ask multiple times beforehand for your personal information (email or phone number) either to « check in » or, if you did not give in yet, they would ask again for you to receive extra leaflets of information and it is also asked for wifi once you arrive.I understand how that works, and it is surely for marketing/CRM purposes, but it’s not very sublte or discreet ( also having been on Airbnb for years, I knows it’s not necessary). But at the end, you can check in/ enjoy your stay just fine without giving those! So don’t feel pressured :) While they were a bit over communicative before arriving, when we had requested for a « placard » for our parking (which was supposed to be in the room) the team was not as responsive Other than communication, everything went great!

My partner and I stayed here a few nights, and the place was overall great. Convenient location, clean space and common areas, easy check in/check out. However, I can't help but share that the amount of (outside app) emails and texts prior to check-in were nearly enough to take away a star. There is a point where too much communication becomes confusing and when I did have a question and responded to one of the texts, I was told to initiate a new text thread to a completely different number ... twice. On top of this, the standard Wi-Fi offered is insufficient. However, they have two backup networks that are password protected and work better. Makes me wonder why they bother with the initial network to begin with. However, it's probably to collect data since you have to enter your personal information and comply with a user agreement. This may not matter to anyone else, but I think these corporate nuances detract from the experience and pose unnecessary inconveniences to guests.
