Convenient if you're planning to go on island trip because it's near Jesselton Point jetty.. sunset view and city view at 32nd floor is awesome

It probbaly is my fault for not reading that rm200 deposit is needed before they would tell me the room details but for someone who is not from malaysia and has no malaysia account , i got to meet them for the deposit. I arrived late, so they ask me to just take the key from mailbox but the mailbox is empty and i felt accused. To my amuse, the lady told me via WA someone has took the key and checked in. I was forced to wait for almost an hour to meet their staff and pay deposit upfront. But to my surprise, the staff doesnt even show up and had to leave after left the key in the mailbox. We were assigned to another room that night which we need to check out again. We swapped room the next day and stayed a night and i had bed bugs bitten all over my arms.
