This host is been harassing me and my family at midnight, knocking down the door, yelling and screaming demanding that I give passport information and bank accounts for all my family members including 1 month old and my 1 year old children. When I told him that I am not safe giving my personal information to a person that I am suspecting is committing identity theft scam which is common in this part of Turkey, the threw my belongings to the street, threw me and my family with 3 little children to the streets, without prior notice or before canceling my Airbnb order. My stay was prepaid and valid at the time of this act. The owner Mussa is also the owner of a rental office next door named ÜNALOĞLU EMLAK which has multiple people reporting him stealing their personal information and scamming them by not returning their deposits. The host Mussa also called the police on us trying to get us in trouble. Worst experience with Airbnb that I ever had. As far as the home, its has major issues. The balcony door doesn’t close, so all the street noise, humidity and the mosquitoes are welcome to enter. Not to mention strangers from outside. I felt very unsafe staying there. There is no elevator, major noise at night from neighbour, the beds are uncomfortable and the sheets are dirty, the ac doesn’t work and there are roaches. The bathroom has bad order because of the huge whole showing the pipes, and make loud noise every time your neighbours flush their toilet. The floors were coming off and were so dirty that you could see peoples outside shoes footprints all over the place. Overall I would not wish this place upon my enemy.
