Francine and Theo are wonderful hosts and my wife and I would like to thank them for having us. It is possible to walk from IJsselstein to the property on foot, but it is best accessible by bike or car. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the property to the nearest supermarket and roughly the same time to the tram stop from which you can travel to Utrecht’s center in about 30 minutes. The property is clean and well taken care of and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Both Francine and Theo are very helpful and our communication with them was easy.

this place was beautiful. we loved it. The space was so good and we loved the farm. Francine responds very quickly and does not mind to help at all. It is 13min walk to the busstop taking directly to Utrecht Centraal (4min with a fiets). There are 2 chickens who love to look through our glassdoor and that was fun for us. The grocery store are 7min away with a bicycle. Francinr also received packages on our behalf. this was a great experience. the house was also well equipped for a long stay. One thing to note is that the walls are thin and you can hear the person in the room next to you clear his throat and the person above you walking and sometimes talking and they said they also would hear our voices, but not our words.

Francine and her husband are great hosts. Nice people, very welcoming and hospitable. Will highly recommend the place as it is comfortable and in great location. Really enjoyed my 2 week stay.

Beautiful accommodation, on the edge of town, private and secluded. Perfect for 2 people to have a long term stay. Francine and Theo are wonderful hosts, I recommend this accommodation highly.
