We absolutely loved our stay - the view instantly helped us to relax and the house was in a great location that we walked down to the beach, dairy and lighthouse. Was a fantastic setup for our 3 year old daughter and she enjoyed the toys provided at the house. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

The bach is perfectly located for a break away at Castlepoint. Just a short walk to the centre point of the 2 main beach areas and lighthouse and not far to walk to the little shop if you need supplies (they serve L'affare coffee :)) The bach is very homely. We loved that it has a history of being a valued family holiday home for a long time with various alterations over the years. The two deck areas have amazing views and are perfect for relaxing and eating meals on (weather permitting) and you don't feel overlooked with where it sits on the hill. They are also both fully fenced so even with our quite long legged dog we were happy for her to explore and all of us enjoyed watching the birds visiting in the mornings. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. Plenty of space for parking. The owners even left some wine and nibbles for us! We can't wait to go back again now we have found this lovely getaway!

Michael's place was like a "step-back in time. " Castlepoint was magical. We especially loved the view of the ocean and the lighthouse. It was a short walk to the beach and lighthouse. The people here were also welcoming and on the clear night, the sunset colors were spectacular! Accommodations were charming, clean and we had plenty of hot water for 5 people to shower every day.
