Newly built 110 m2 house, literally on an almost private beach, with large veranda that offers unique panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Placed within a large olive grove, the villa is fully equipped ensuring comfort and relaxing holidays. Following the stone path (no more than 10 meters!) through our olive trees will lead you to the stunning crystal clear water beach. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom, 25m2 Veranda and a shady backyard. Newly built 110 m2 house, literally on an almost private beach, large veranda for panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Placed within a large olive grove, ~10 meters from the beach accessed through our garden. The house spaces include: 1 double-bed bedroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (with cooker, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine), a spacious living room with two sofas, a large bathroom with shower and the ~25m2 Veranda. Free wi-fi, air-conditioning plus large ceiling fans for each house’s room are provided. Finally, the shady backyard offers an alternative place for dining and entertainment, especially for the warmest hours of the day. Your key to full relaxation namely on the sea with all your comfort.

We had an excellent stay. The house was spacious and well laid out with a beautiful balcony. It's a very short distance from the sea with a great beach. We found it a great place to relax and enjoy quiet Lesvos. Thanks for the lovely holiday! Nathanael

The house was perfect and met all our needs. The beach was literally just in front of the house and felt like a private beach. The house was clean and Spyros was very helpful. The complimentary ouzo, wine and jam was a nice touch (also the cookies from Spyros’s mom). It was a great stay overall and I would recommend it to any one who is looking for a nice and quite holiday.

We stayed here for six nights. We had a great stay. The location is excellent. It's far enough out of Plomari so that it's quiet. You can hear the birds and waves, but it's an easy zip into town for dinner. The beach out front was wonderful, clear and calm, perfect for a morning swim to start the day. The house had everything we needed. Clearly lots of thought was put into making things comfortable. Many basics were provided... olive oil and vinegar, sugar for coffee, a nice bottle of wine and some jam. Spyros's mother even stopped by with some cookies. AC was a god send in the middle of the August heat wave. It worked great. All in all, we were made to feel very welcome and would return if ever back in the area. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and spaceous house with breathtaking views from the balcony, just few steps from paradisiac quiet pebble beach. You can walk to the tavernas in Melinta and Spyros was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

The house is located in Melinda, a picturesque fishing village at the mouth of a canyon with interspersed groves of olives that end to the long quiet beach and waterfront traditional tavernas, travelling you back in time and away of the noisy touristic areas.
Plomari, the capital of the local drink "Ouzo", can be easily accessed by foot, bicycle or car via the 6km coastal road that offers amazing views on the deep blue of Aegean Sea. Towards the north, you should visit a beautiful stone-built village of Palaiochori, and to the west Panagia Krifti, a little chapel hidden in a rock above a small bay with hot springs.
Lesvos is the third largest island of Greece and has a long & rich history, traditions & culture. It is an island full of ancient, contemporary and natural monuments such as the unique petrified forest or the thermal springs scattered all around the island.
Rich in olives, fishes and Ouzo! the island provides vast varieties of local delicacies.

First reaching the island of Lesvos in its main town Mytilene by airplane of ship. Heading to Plomari (~42km from Mytilene) by car, bus or taxi. From Plomari you follow the wonderful coastal road for 6km to the small fishing village of Melinta and we will wait for you there! We will be in contact before your arrival and during your travel towards our house to provide you all necessary assistance and guidance.
