We enjoyed our time at Josh's house. The kitchen & dining area were perfect for our Easter dinner with my son & a few local friends. It was quiet with lots of beautiful bird song & those sunset views! I can only imagine the sounds of the aspen trees when the leaves are on them. We had a mama mule deer & her two babies sneak into the gated yard one morning which was fun to watch as the snow gently fell. The beds were very comfy &, generally speaking, the house was very clean. The kitchen had lots of useful ingredients & amenities. I'd suggest maybe a few chip clips or close pins to assist with keeping bags of snacks closed. One issue that we addressed with Josh is the odor of pets in the laundry room. We are highly allergic, so it was noticeable to us immediately as we entered from the garage. He quickly responded that there had been service animals there, which he can't stop from renting, and offered any solution we needed. The rest of the house was ok. Nice stay! Thanks Josh!

Josh’s place was everything we wanted and needed! It was extremely clean, cozy, peaceful, and private. We had a beautiful view with frequent yard visitors (deer, horses, and pheasants). We typically like to stay in different places when we visit a city, but Josh’s place was so perfect we’d definitely stay there again.
