No muestran en las fotos que compartes jardín con unos vecinos que están a menos de 2 mts. No tienes ninguna intimidad. El sitio es mucho mas pequeño de lo que se muestra en la fotos y las calidades de la casa son muy básicas, el baño es muy pequeño.

Hot water was not working and after reporting this we had to wait for 2 days to be sorted. This property has no iron and after requesting one from the host I got told that is not included in the amenities, but after I mentioned that the hairdryer, toaster and fire extinguisher where included but it was also not at the house, they agreed to bring the iron, but this took 2 days to get sorted and by then we had already bought our own. There is a factory or garage next door, so be prepared for a lot of noise early in the morning, also combined with a dog howling from the next door neighbour. I think this property was overpriced for what they offer. The host needs to communicate better.

Bij aankomst bleek de airconditioning in de woonkamer niet te werken. De eigenaar zou langskomen na ongeveer een uur. Ik heb enkele uren gewacht maar niemand gezien. Ondertussen was ik gesmolten binnen. Zonder airco is dit zomerhuisje niet te doen, het wordt binnen heel erg warm overdag. De slaapkamers hebben geen airco!!! Verder ontbreekt er het nodige dat wel beschreven staat zoals vaatwasser en broodrooster. Er was schoongemaakt maar niet grondig. Sommige kastjes nog plakkerig etc. Ik ben na 5 uur wachten weggegaan en heb mijn verblijf geannuleerd

Barrio muy tranquilo de la periferia pero con todo lo necesario cerca (hipermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, lavandería) y a 2-3 km de la playa. Casa pequeña pero agradable. Sobre todo el pequeño jardín, puedes cenar fuera en la mesa, hay ducha en el jardín, los niños pueden jugar, hay un tendedero, etc. Este jardín se comparte con otra casa también de alquiler pero la mesa, ducha y tendedero son propios de esta casa. Lo único malo es que durante el día hace mucho calor dentro. Hay que tener en cuenta que es una casa prefabricada con paredes de resina o plástico que no tienen ningún aislamiento térmico. Pero por la tarde/noche se está bien. Tiene aire acondicionado pero no va muy bien. Nosotros pasábamos todo el día por Lisboa o en la playa y volvíamos para cenar, dormir y desayunar. Si piensas hacer algo así, te recomiendo esta casa. Pero si quieres pasar una temporada más de relax en la casa pues ya no te la recomiendo tanto. A mí me ha gustado mucho y por el precio está muy bien.

Mobile home, situé dans une rue calme, il y a un espace extérieur, du parking et des supermarchés ainsi que restaurants à côté, idéal pour profiter de Lisbonne sans être trop proche du centre-ville
