Beautiful, classy & well ventilated premium serviced apartments are available for short let in a serene and secure environment just 3 Minutes walk to the University of Ibadan. Facilities include; 24 Hour Solar Inverter Power Supply, Wifi Smart TV (Netflix etc) Air Conditioning, En-suite bathroom Fully furnished kitchen with Microwave & Refrigerator, Treated Water supply, Dedicated Gotv decoder, Free laundry, CCTV, 24-hour security guards, Dedicated Transformer, Electric fencing system, Car park Our apartment complex provides 24 hour, round the clock electricity, water and security which are second to none. Our Apartments are grand and classy and are furnished with serious thought and attention to details to make you feel totally at home.

Victor's place is a delight. I felt right at home as the apartment was a great value for money. The location was easy to find, but Maps directed us to a road with a locked gate as we got there at night. We tried to find an alternative route with no success. So I called Mr Victor and he directed someone to come and open the gate for us. After we got to the apartment, i found it to be exactly as depicted in this advert, and dare i say, even better. There is also an open lounge area on the frest floor with outdoor chairs and cushions. The place offers a spot to see the surrounding buildings and get some fresh air. The only issue I had, and which I have discussed with Mr Victor in person, is Internet connectivity. The meagre allowance allocated for every guest is definitely insufficient, and he has promised to review it. If you definitely need Internet connectivity, you should come with a backup plan. All in all, I had a great time here and definitely recommend it.

The neighborhood is very serene and close to the University of Ibadan Main gate. The apartment complex is located right on Adebayo Street, behind the famous Agbowo Shopping complex and is right beside the Scripture Union (SU) Guest house close to the NASU secretariat. Its just about 3 minutes walk to the university of Ibadan main gate. It is easily accessible by all forms of transportation and delivery services to residents staying at the building are very prompt and efficient.

The Apartment complex is very accessible by all forms of transportation. Its location within the community directly opposite the University of Ibadan and it is centrally located and easy to commute to and from while navigating all parts of the city of Ibadan.
If you do not have your own personal car, Uber-Like car and motorcycle services are available on request through your phone apps. Its very easy to also access all other forms of public transportation once you walk down to the junction of the apartment complex or to the bus stop opposite the university main gate.
