The Cart Lodge Retreat was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It was perfectly well appointed and served as a fantastic base for our trips into London and around Essex. You would definitely need a car for this property but it is definitely worth the drive. We cannot wait to stay there again and again.

I cannot recommend Amanda’s place enough, we stayed for a little under 2 weeks and it was perfect, the location and air bnb are beautiful! Amanda’s air bnb was also the cheapest we found at the time and it was definitely by far the best, next time I fly back home I will definitely be booking this cottage again, from start to finish my experience was excellent, we had an early flight and was able to check in early, Amanda always responded instantly when I had any questions 10/10 experience, thank you Amanda!

beautiful accommodation everything you needed, the retreat spa next door was amazing,4 old girls on a 50th birthday weekend, we will definitely be return next year, we couldn't rate it any higher or we would.

fab weekend in Amanda 's place. great location 15 mins from airport. clean and spacious. loved going to the spa next door.

We had a lovely couple of days at Amanda's place. The cottage was warm and cosy and the space itself was relaxing. Amanda was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time there.
