Very cozy location in a private quartier. The apartment is perfect for two persons to spend a week at Maddalena. Mind the holidays season since not all restaurants and beaches are available outside the season! The beach is 50 meters away by foot. And do NOT order risotto at the restaurant nearby, name "Maddalena".

Andrea and his wife were perfect hosts! The little house has everything you need for a break. You can’t cook big meals as there’s only one hob but we didn’t need more. He supplied us with plenty of toilet paper, soap, coffee, we had more than expected. Two lots of towels to use each and a couple of beach towels were provided which we didn’t use but good to know they’re there. We had a little cooling bag for keeping your drinks cool when going to the beach which was a nice feature. I would recommend getting a car for hire as public transportation in this area is infrequent and taxi super expensive! We will definitely remember this for next time as an essential. All in all I can highly recommend this place, it’s save and absolutely beautiful! ☀️🌴😻

Andrea’s place was such a lovely home to stay at. It has everything you need, super clean and well decorated. Andrea was super helpful and gave us plenty of recommendations, and replied instantly to our questions. The area is cozy and local with nice restaurants, and the beach not far away. It really helps to rent a car to be able to see the stunning views in the region. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. :)

Very cute tiny house with all you need. Easy to find, to park and to communicate with the tenant, who lives next door. Comfortable bed, minutes away from the beach (by foot) and from Cagliari (by car) for a very good price. We would definitely stay there again.

Der Urlaub bei Andrea und seiner Frau war sehr schön, er ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat mir viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist klein, fein und sehr sauber. Es hat alles, was es braucht. Die Nachbarschaft ist eine gesicherte mit Kameras und Tor, ich habe sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Fußweg zum Strand sind 3 min. Alles in allem sehr gut, ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
