This place was in a great spot , close to town . The place is in need of a thorough cleaning. The toilet, toaster oven, microwave was very dirty. There was a large amount of dust, cobwebs through out the place. We were supplied with half a day of toilet paper. When I ask for more , there was no response . I would not stay here in the future. For 500 I was expecting a clean place.

Cute place in the woods, easy to get to downtown Berkeley Springs, nice easy hikes from the front door. Good sized kitchen. Beds were ok. Jeff was a friendly and responsive host.
Jeff's directions to his place were very clear and easy to follow. Everything was as described, and he included lots of recommendations for nearby attractions in the cabin. He turned on the heat to make sure it was very cozy when we got there. It is in a very secluded and beautiful area and there are lots of things to do nearby, and there is a nice hike on the property. We would definitely stay there again.

I am active in advocating for water quality and protection in both of our local Watershed groups. I am also a Massage Therapist with a degree in Psychology. I have traveled to 35 countries and enjoyed the hospitality of many people and cultures, and look forward to returning some of that hospitality to people that are visiting Berkeley Springs so they can have the best experience possible. I enjoy Frisbee playing of all types, especially golf. I've made a nine-hole course on the property. As a host, I feel that it's my job to help everything go smoothly for you, make sure you have everything you need, but otherwise stay out of your hair. Favorite movie; Memento, Favorite book; 'Candide' by Voltaire, Favorite TV show; "Exit 57" I like all kinds of music #1 my Daughter playing violin/fiddle, Richard Thompson, The Radiators, Slapp Happy, Grateful Dead, Skatalites. Favorite travel destination; Thailand Life motto? Be kind to everyone and enjoy yourself.
