The house is exactly as described on the listing - three bedrooms up on second floor and a fourth bedroom detached from the “main house”. If the 4th is a bedroom that will be used for duration of stay (vs someone joining for a few days ) it has its own set of quirks . It is accessed via garage - no windows etc. we didn’t use it but as I said - it is well appointed. There is no bathroom on the lower / pool level & the only stairs to access the upstairs are outside. Kitchen is solid Pool is solid Tiki bar is solid Bedrooms solid - all have very comfortable mattresses etc. The pool level covered area (under the house) is very relaxing - has 5 ceiling fans etc. Some of the poolside furniture is in need of a refresh - but all fine. The dock is very relaxing - wooden boards starting to show their age and likely will be replaced with all weather wood in the future. So many places to go in Marco - house is centrally located. Highly recommend this house specifically and Marco in general
We loved our stay in Marco! The house was absolutely beautiful and had so many amenities. There were so many beach bikes, chairs, coolers, toys, the list goes on and on! Anything that we could have possibly wanted Dan provided for us. The only thing I would add as other people have stated is that it would have been nice to have at least a toilet on the first level at the pool/tiki area, but it didn’t interfere with our stay or enjoyment of the house. Thanks again!

La casa muy limpia y linda, con muchos detalles de diseño que era como si estuvieramos en nuestro hogar. En la cocina todos lo necesario y mucho mas. Los equipos electrodomesticos nuevos, asi como las tohallas y ropa de cama. La temperatura de la piscina muy agradable. Nuestra estancia fue inmejorable y pasamos un wk muy lindo en familia. Muchas gracias a Dan y su Team.
The house was very clean. Loved the pool/tiki hut and the channel to enjoy the kayaks on. The fourth bedroom was in the garage with no access to a bathroom unless you came upstairs from outside into the house. That was the only downfall. The communication was prompt and friendly which I appreciated!
