New Hamptons-style home. Re-listed on AirBnB for the first time since we replaced our previous home with this brand new spacious house just a few years ago. Note that older reviews are from same address before house was rebuilt We spend most of our time in the bright, open, kitchen, dining and lounge with vaulted ceilings opening onto a large sunny deck with leafy views over the neighborhood. The modern kitchen features a walk-in pantry and plenty of appliances including an espresso coffee machine. The comfortable lounge area includes a Sonos sound system and Nintendo switch. The sunny deck features two outdoor lounges, table and chairs, BBQ and leafy views of gum trees, birds and perhaps a possum or two in the evenings. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, vaulted ceilings, ensuite bathroom, fan, extensive walk-in plus built-in wardrobes and double doors with plantation shutters onto a private balcony. The second (guest) bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite, built-in wardrobe and double doors onto the balcony and front garden. The third and fourth (kids) bedrooms both have king-single beds and built-in wardrobes opening to the rumpus room, downstairs bathroom and easy access to a huge covered deck area setup for play, with outdoor lounge, tables and more. The fifth bedroom is setup as an office with a standing/sitting desk, office chair, monitor, keyboard and dock. There is also a comfortable fold out sofa bed. Additionally, we have another open plan office area with a large desk and printer. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and side access to the rear garden. The garage is will be inaccessible during your stay but there is plenty of free parking in the driveway and directly in front of the house. The expansive back garden is steeply terraced on several levels with large trees and plenty of birdlife.
