Our stay was great. The hosts, Lili and Jack, were very accommodating, very respectful, and very responsive. The cost was perfect. The private pool, sitting, and bbq area outside was our favorite. Very relaxing. We hope to stay there again if we go back to Saipan.

As an American traveling for business with family, this home did not meet our expectations. The owner can't be faulted for her great communication, and she was generous with a flexible check-in. The house is well situated and in some ways ornate, yet lacking in the basics (at least by USA standards). We had 4 adults and so needed all 3 beds, but the front "bedroom" was little more than a hard pallet, not realistic to sleep on, so my dad slept on the couch. None of the beds had fitted sheets and there were only 2 clean towels laid out for use. The washing machine had a damp used towel in it and no English instructions. We found a storage bin containing other disheveled stained linens. A random cat toy was in the master bath. The kitchen was not equipped with any cutlery and the knives were rusty - thankfully we only stayed for 2 nights so we didn't need to cook. Many lights did not work or were missing bulbs. Saving graces: the AC was cold, Wi-Fi was fast, and the pool was refreshing.
