I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. Not only was the place defective, but the keyholder's consistently delayed responses added to the frustration. To begin with, the laundry machine was not functional and even posed an electrocution risk to a guest. As if that wasn't enough, the machine flooded the floors, creating a major inconvenience. Furthermore, the shortage of towels and linens made our stay uncomfortable. Another concerning issue was the dangerously high temperature on the balcony, making it unusable. It was a challenge to access the apartment through the garage with the different sets of keys. Additionally, the lack of basic hygienic necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels only added to the overall disappointment of our stay. Overall, the apartment was riddled with safety hazards, and the host's slow response time only exacerbated the problems.
