Great place to stay if you have a large number of guests.

I would say this place a great deal for the price. Sara’s communication and description of the place was spot on. The only reason this didn’t receive five stars was because the doors to the room have a larger than normal gap on the bottom and the walls seem thin which led to an amplification of normal noise of others opening doors, walking around, conversation. Other than this it was a great experience and very clean. I would stay again.

This was my first time traveling solo and I’ve never been so happy to have stayed at Sara’s for my first solo trip! The room was clean, the shared bathroom was clean, and everyone respected the no shoes rule so the floors were spotless! This place is nearby to so many areas(around a 20 minute walk to the main streets of Capitol Hill and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Pike Place Market.) I’d love to come here again!

Sara's place was exactly as described. She was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend a stay with Sara.

Cute hostel vibes with quick access to university, capital hill and stadiums. Please note that the house DOES NOT have AC. We overlooked that detail when booking and the room read 80 degrees when we checked in. Fortunately, we were out and about during the hottest part of the day and the ceiling fan did a good job at cooling us at night.
