Relax with the whole family (pets included) or a group of friends at this peaceful 3 bed / 2 bath condo just minutes from the black sand beach of Playa Ocotal in the town of Playas del Coco. It's only 30 minutes from Liberia Airport! Outside the security gate, you can turn right and drive to Ocotal Beach in 2 minutes or turn left and enter the town of Playas del Coco in 5 minutes. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on your private balcony. Only a 2-minute drive from Ocotal Beach and 6 -minutes to Coco Beach and 30 minutes from Liberia airport! The condo sits on the second floor in a corner unit with a nice breeze. The shaded patio offers a great place to have an early morning coffee/tea or a drink during the sunset. It's conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood between Playas del Coco and Ocotal Beach. The master bedroom has a huge king-size bed, a full dresser, and a built-in armoire for hanging all your clothes. It also features a private bathroom with plenty of space for all your beauty and hygiene products. The guest bedroom features a larger dresser and armoire. The bathroom is located just outside the door with the same features as the master bathroom. There are plenty of linens (towels, sheets, duvets, comforters, and pillows). Each bathroom is stocked with small hand soap, toilet paper, and body soap. The kitchen has plenty of essentials to cook with and host a little dinner. On your way to the condo stop by the little outdoor market for some fresh fruit and veggies!

The condo was perfect and easy/close to get to from Liberia airport. Mike was easy to communicate with and very responsive with loads of recommendations and clear instructions for everything. We were able to try several eateries/cafes and visit numerous beaches from the area. The condo was clean and king bed was super comfortable after a long day of exploring and the AC was a plus (also has a 2nd bdrm w/2 twins and another bathroom). We were able to buy groceries nearby and cook some breakfasts. The laundry was convenient since we had carry-ons. A cooler was also available to use which was a bonus! There’s a small pool which we didn’t use but good if you are not out all day and want to cool off. Great stay and value and hope to return again !

My son Clayton and his wife Kayla and son Casey stayed there for an overnight. They loved the place.. Everything about it.. Thanks again for letting them stay a little longer after checkout until we arrived. And letting them book the place on short notice. We all enjoyed our stay in Costa Rica... amazing Airbnb, beautiful beaches near by, great food. Couldn't ask for anything more...Their 5 month old baby had his first swim in the pool...

The place was the ideal launching place for all things Costa Rica! A safe and secure location instilled high confidence in the property. The A/C was perfect and necessary, the appliances all delivered as expected. There is a beautiful pool which is ideal for relaxing. You should plan on a rental car. We were able to travel to several places around Playa Del Coco and well beyond. There are plenty of local dining options from street fare all the way to higher end dining. Great beaches whichever direction you drive! The host was available and quick to respond. There are easy to reach folks that are on site and they respond quickly as well. I was so happy that we were able to extend an extra day!
