The place was lovely, in a great part of downtown Kingston and had beautiful decor! it was easy to feel right at home, was clean, and a great time for myself and my friends.

Staying at Andrew’s place was a true pleasure. The enormous driveway was perfect for my large van and could fit two more I think! Getting into the unit was really easy and it was only three steps up and you were right into the bathroom kitchen area. The kitchen was very modern and pretty. It had lots of plates bowls and cups. It had a stove and a large fridge as well as a small island and a kitchen table. The bathroom was really cool drop down bathtub and red fixtures. My only complaint is there was not enough hot water for the bathtub but otherwise it was delightful. The bed was very comfortable, so was the living room couch. The TV had lots of options for streaming and we watched Kill Bill. The backyard was perfect for our dogs with the large fence and secure gate with the grass for them to go on and explore. There is lots of food around and we went to the Broom Factory which was a seven minute walk for a concert! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect spot for a night away from home to explore a new small city. Absolutely loved the bathroom, super fun ;) Cozy spot for two to relax and unwind and super close to the downtown strip with lots of fun shops restaurants and night life. Andrew was very responsive and answered all of my questions almost immediately during my stay. Thank you for the hospitality :)

Very nice space. Check in was easy. Bathroom was Beautiful. The jets in the Tub are sealed off. Be very careful not to leave anything on the back patio unattended. Ill leave it at that.
