All the rooms are air-conditioned and have attached bathrooms. If you feel like it, you can work up a sweat in the fully equipped gym, but perhaps a walk on the grass or watching the fish swim in the pond is more in keeping with the atmosphere here. Let me walk you through the villa: BEDROOMS: - There are 4 bedrooms - 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - Some bedrooms have balconies. - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. BATHROOMS: - There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 common. - Geysers, towels, and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 10 people.  - It offers TV  - There is a separate common room on the ground floor that has a pool table, board games and a gym.  - There is a lawn with a fish pond. Outdoor seating is available for up to 10 people. - Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area. KITCHEN:  - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier.  - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.  - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD: - Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability. - Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
