You'll wake up feeling energised. 4. **Extra Mattress for Larger Groups** If you book the space for more than 10 ppl, we have an extra queen-size floor-mattress available for upto 2 ppl. One set of Fresh pillows, bedsheet and blanket will be provided. 5. **Outdoor Floating Lawn with Fire Camp and Seating** Our outdoor floating lawn is the perfect spot to decorate for birthdays! With a fire camp and comfortable seating, you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful view. All taps only run Soft water. Soft Water is gentle on your skin and hair. 15. **Stocked Fridge** We provide a 2-door fridge stocked with 5 water bottles and ice trays. You can keep your drinks cool and fresh during your stay. 16. **Daily Maid Cleaning and Dishwashing** Our daily maid ensures that your apartment is clean and tidy every day. Adhering to these requests will not only help avoid additional charges & damages, but will also ensure your stay is comfortable. 1. If you booked the space for 'x' guests, only 'x' guests are permitted inside the house at any time. Please note that any unregistered additional guests will be charged an extra fee of 1750/- per person, even if they do not plan to stay overnight. So please choose the number of guests correctly while booking. 2. The 6 Beds in the house sleeps 10 people. If you're booking the place for 12 people, a Queen size floor Mattress with pillows and comforter will be provided for the other 2 people. Our space can accommodate up to 12 guests only. More extra beds cannot be provided. 3. Private get-togethers are allowed as long as they’re not loud and no drugs are involved. Decoration, if necessary, must be done in the Lawn Area only. Refrain from using stickers, double-sided tapes, nails etc; that can permanently damage the property. 4. Please do not use Confetti/Snow-Spray or play Cake Smash inside the house. Kindly remove all decorations & clean-up before checking-out. If you're looking to host a party here, please read all the House Rules very carefully to avoid additional Cleaning Fee. 5. No smoking allowed inside the property (including Hookah, e-cigarettes, cigars etc.) Smoking is ONLY allowed in the Balcony and Lawn Areas. If found smoking indoors additional fine of 10,000/- will be charged. 6. Please keep the property clean and tidy. Daily Home cleaning and dish-washing will be done between 11:00am - 2:00pm by our Maid. 7. Pets not allowed, even if they're adorably cute :) Additional fee of 10,000₹ will be charged for bringing a pet without permission. 7.
