.pros: Walking distance ~20min to all the activities we wanted to do ~huge home almost everyone has their own room and bathroom ~owner was very responsive Cons: ~EVERY DAY had to have maintenance person come to home to fix something ~pool was extremely dirty and hot tub didn't work, when it got fixed still unable to use it because they had to put chemicals in it. ~NO WIFI for the entirety of the stay. If you have to work or have a school project to finish this isn't the place. ~sink in a room dripped all night long even when fixed it continued to drip and had to use earplugs to sleep ~house alarm started beeping the last night could hear it throughout the top floor. ~back bedrooms overlooking pool has a bright green light shining into the room and one of the bedrooms has an exit sign in there so green and red lighting on all night. that guest had eye cover and the other threw her blanket over the curtain rod to dim out the green light. paid $4500/3nights, suggest stay at hotel

Great place to stay for a large group. House is deceptively large, and had a lot of areas to hang out. Location was ideal as it was a short walk to bourbon and Frenchman st. Overall, was very happy with the place and would recommend if for large groups!

Location very convenient for walking to the French Quarter and Marigny House was large enough to handle our group of 14 House was well stocked with paper towels- bathroom products and towels Both kitchens had plenty of glasses dishes and equipment for cooking

We booked this stay for the hot tub and location. The hot tub never worked and the house is in need of deep cleaning and repair. There’s leaky showers that leak through to the bottom floor, Mold covering bathroom doors, rooms missing door handles and locks, vines growing from the outside through a crack in the wall that wraps around the window blinds, massive cracks throughout, etc. When presented, the host just told us to find a water hose to fill the hot tub, which we did and it had drained back down within 2 hrs (temp was never warm either). We took pictures of all the issues (23) and presented them to the host asking for a refund, which was declined multiple times. Only good thing I can say about this stay is it’s location and size if you’re looking to house a group, but some of your group will not have privacy, or working lights or ceiling fans. Sad birthday trip.
