This house was a great pick for my husbands birthday! There was enough space to fit everyone comfortably and enough to do to keep people entertained all night. Winter or summer this house is a wonderful choice!

The house has a fantastic layout to accommodate a few families with a ton of windows to enjoy the view. The bar's location relative to the kitchen and the rest of the house was perfect. We loved the holiday decorations. The roaring fireplace on the main floor was enchanting, especially when snow was falling. There is ample seating and plenty to do around the house if you want to stay in: basketball court, arcade, movie theater, and hot tub. We appreciated Michael and the cleaning team accommodating my request to enter the house a couple of hours before check-in to prep for our group's dinner. Recommendations for other guests: 1) plan to consolidate the number of vehicles driven to the house, 2) bring outdoor salt since the driveway and entrance could get icy, and 3) if you want to take a break from cooking, Rustic Moutain Pizza delivers, but please note I believe they are cash only. To summarize, we had a wonderful time. Thanks for the great memories!!!

what stood out to me is that upon arrival we were having trouble finding and using the remotes for the TVs. Host immediately had a maintenance worker at our house within a few hours and found what we needed and showed us how to use the equipment. Very helpful.
