We arrived at our condo, neither of our door keys worked. There was no one at our particular building so we had to drive to another building to get our keys programmed. On the 2nd evening we came back & our condo was flooded from a running toilet. We spend hours cleaning water. The next morning they sent a restoration company out to inspect the condo. The water was so bad in the walls, in the laminate floors planks & between the ceramic tile the restoration company had to place loud fans & dehumidifiers in the condo & we had to be moved to a new condo. We wasted the entire day re-packing up everything & had to wait hours for a new condo to be ready. We then moved over to the new condo. That evening we went to cook & 85% of the dishes were dirty so we had to re-wash all dishes. That evening we loaded the dishwasher & it ran however would not clean the dishes so we ended up having no dishwasher. We were severely inconvenienced. It was very stressful. No one should have to deal with this!
