Nicole's place was great. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and main attractions. Exceptionally clean, and well appointed with all you need for a group of friends travelling together. Would highly recommend.

Chart House was just as described and in an awesome location. Walking distance to the lively South Beach for a swim and a stroll to cafes and shops. Nicole’s place oozes character and we lived the maps and themed rooms either artwork etc. The top floor was perfect for star gazing and relaxing and back courtyard was just as good. Beds were comfortable and the house was well priced. We left a suitcase and the quick communication of bringing it to our attention was great thank you. We’d definitely come stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the Chart House which had everything that we needed for our 3 night stay. Only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of town it was very handy for getting around. The bed was comfortable and had lovely linen sheets. I liked the decorations in the house - lots of framed charts and maps, and also the outdoor patio at the back of the house. Thank you
