What a perfect home away from home. Candace communicates beyond excellent. She is helpful. The unit has everything you need. Oh and plenty of towels! With kids, you need those at bath time. First time we had enough! The beds are comfy. The kitchen is beyond fully equipped. Steps away from outlets yet exceptionally quiet and peaceful at night. The unit is very clean. Internet wifi is excellent, lots to watch on TV. Nice area for kids to run and play out back. Thank you Candace for making our stay lovely.

Wicked cute 1970s/1980s condo with some updates. Most of the bedrooms are when you walk in on first floor and kitchen is upstairs. AC was better than the listing and reviews made seem. Couches were so comfy. Beds could be better but for the price this stay is perfect for a family trip. This stay is near everything, we went to black cap grill, peaches, sea dog brewery, Diana’s bath all within 5-15 minutes away. Mt Washington was 30/40 mins away. So many options within walking distance. We would stay here again.

0leace was exactly like it was described. the front bedroom could have had better curtains but there was a big tree in front of the window to block everything. the only thing that I could say was that as less than was that the place was very cold when we checked and took some time to heat up but being that it was August I can't complain too much. The home is so close to everything in town and easily walkable to food, shops, kids activities and more. we would definitely stay here again if we were to be in the area.

The condo is at a great location! Very close to shopping, restaurants, and activities, and yet the building is in a private and quiet area. The unit is well-maintained and spotless. The check-in/check-out is a breeze. The host is very kind and responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
