This space has a lot of great things going on: the host was very helpful and responsive, it is near the beach, it has easy access to highways and the train, it's large and private and we found the neighbors to be helpful and delightful. To make it a great place it could use a detail cleaning and new linens in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a child's bedroom with a twin bed, but the linens are for a kid-size bed. For navigating GPS, it would be helpful to add the "16" to the GPS address.

Large, spacious place that had ample room for our group of four. 5 minute walk to the train station and as well as the local shopping center which had a delicious breakfast cafe. Very convenient for those looking to spend time in Dublin while staying in a quieter area. Donal was very responsive to questions and provided great local recommendations.

we had a great time. The apartment was luxury as described. It was bigger and more spacious than it looks on the pictures . we highly recommend this accommodation. we were provided with great instructions that were easy to follow. check in and out was very easy . We would use this accommodation again

We had a great stay at Donal's apartment! The location is great with enough parking space in front of the building and a 5 minute walk to Donabate train station. Dublin is 30 min by train and in our case a concert visit (Blur!) at Malahide is 5 min by train. The apartment itself is very spacious! The living room is huge and has a balcony. All of the bedrooms have seperate bathrooms. Great! The whisky tasting bottles are a really nice gesture, although I was not able to taste more than two. ;-) If I could make a small remark it is that the apartment would be helped with a little TLC and maintenance of some of the rooms and maybe some new balcony furniture.. Other than that we had a great stay and the communication with Donal was smooth and quick! Highly recommended!

Finals place was very comfortable and spacious, we will definitely be back.
