The 'Little Bakery annexe' is located down a small lane in the traditional Corfiot village of Agios Martinos. Just 3km from the beach and bustling town of Acharavi with it's many shops, cafes and tavernas. The Little Bakery annexe has been recently renovated and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in two spacious bedrooms. It is the perfect place to escape, rest and relax in a traditional and tranquil village setting but is still within easy reach of the local beaches and amenities. The 'Little Bakery annexe' is a stylish self contained unit. Recently refurbished and fully equipped to be the perfect home from home. The accommodation is all on one level accessed up two steps. There is a light and airy open plan kitchen - living room with a high ceiling, painted beams and a Mediterranean open wood burning fireplace. Off the open plan kitchen-living room there are two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom with double washbasins, large walk in drench shower, marble countertop and wc. The first bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed, ample storage and remote controlled air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds which can also be converted into a king bed. Again, there is lots of storage and air conditioning. The living room has seating for four and a smart TV with complimentary Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven. Outside the annexe is a secluded seating area and alfresco dining table + chairs, plus two additional sun loungers. There is an outdoor charcoal barbecue for guest use. The 'Little Bakery annexe' adjoins the 'Old Bakery villa' which was historically the main bakery for the village of Agios Martinos. There is a shared roof top terrace with stunning sea and mountain views, the roof terrace has a crystal turquoise water lap pool, four comfortable Ratan sun loungers, shade parasol and relaxing sofa seating area. The roof terrace is shared with the Old Bakery villa and is available for guest use between 9am and 8pm daily. The Little Bakery annexe is located at the end of a gated driveway. There is ample parking for up to three cars outside the annexe. Not suitable for children under 4 years. Corfu Airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car. There are taxis directly outside the airport. There is also a public bus service. We advise hiring a car for easy and to fully discover all the island has to offer.
