I booked this place for my 30th birthday - the apartment was changed a few days before because apparently the previous one I booked was trashed by the previous guests. I turned up on my birthday and met the hosts no problem. They didn’t show me up to the apartment which I thought was strange, but when I came out the lift the estates manager asked me what I was doing there and I said for Airbnb. He said the tenant was not allowed to sublet in his lease and was therefore in breach of his lease. He proceeded to take the keys off me and I was not allowed in the property. I then had to pay an additional £400 to book another property last minute!! Not exactly what I needed on my birthday!

The apartment was amazing and exactly what we needed, great location, so clean and the hosts were so helpful! Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.
