The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and the first floor each. - AC, Wi-Fi, and a comfy king-size bed with an additional rollaway bed are offered in all rooms. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. - Wake up to beautiful vistas of the lush greenery and mountains around which each room here has to offer. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 shared powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 expansive living rooms on both levels of the villa. - The living room on the ground floor seats up to 12 people and the one on the first floor seats up to 8 people. - Both the living rooms are equipped with an Air conditioning system, Wi-Fi and a TV. - There is a dining room on the ground floor offering comfortable seating for up to 8 people. - The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a wired music system. - The living room on the first floor is equipped with a pool table. - There is an outdoor pool overlooking the lush green expanses, 25 x 10 ft. in size and 4 1/2 ft. in depth - There is an outdoor bar and lounge area with a beautiful setting amidst the green foliage. - This home also features a lush green 3000 sq. meter lawn that can seat up to 12 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, purifier, toaster, and an elaborate selection of condiments. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%. - Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
