We are thrilled to host you! Hospitality is our specialty! Important things to note: Our number one rule is to follow the Cleaning policy! As follows: You’re on vacation, you don’t need to clean Pool House rules: No running around the pool, & no diving. No lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. No running around the pool, & no diving. Please note, we do not allow pets at this property. We have the indoor temperature set to 72. Please don't turn this below 70, The whole property is private and all yours. The only area that we ask not to enter is the garage that is where we keep storage. Of course, no smoking please, as well as no indoor fires. We have a fire pit and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Please not put charcoal in the gas grill. Please, no, running around the pool, We have an automatic pool feeder that is in the middle of the walkway. We just don't want that damaged, and of course we don't want anyone to get hurt. No running around the pool, & no diving. The pool is 8 foot deep, we are super proud of this and we want you to enjoy thoroughly, Please be mindful of the depth for novice swimmers. The house is stocked for cooking and grilling and should you need anything else just reach out. Home is well stocked with paper products, towels, linens, as well as cooking and grilling essentials. Any cleaning supplies and additional towels and linens are located in the hallway closet or underneath the sinks in the bathrooms. Plenty of pool towels and pool floats and toys as well as outdoor games and indoor games. A fire pit, frisbee, golf, and a grill with stocked propane & plenty of outdoor seating. There is a blowup mattress is in the master bedroom closet with plenty linens next to it. Office space, including a desk and printer. We have the indoor temperature set to 72. Please don't turn this below 70, (At the beginning of the season we had a guest turn the thermometer down to the 50s and this shut the whole system down for a couple days. we don't want that to occur again, that would be uncomfortable for everyone, so just be mindful please.) If you don't mind upon leaving just throwing those pool towels (only the ones that look like beach towels in the washer) we would greatly appreciate it. Other than that, mandatory cleaning before leaving None! You were on vacation and we want you to enjoy every moment of it!
