Really neat house within walking distance to a food truck stop, theater, and other small shops. The house was great and big enough for a few small families (or 2 large families) including 2 washers/dryers which was a plus! Casey and Carl were great hosts. I would stay in one of their properties again.

What a beautiful historic house and area! We walked down to the Fayetteville Arsenal and the Edgar Allen Poe House. The whole extended family couls stay at the house for the weekend and still have places to spread out for some quite time. The hosts were caring and responsive. This is a great place to call home on vacation.

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. We had the most amazing Baby shower there and everything was perfect!

I rented this house for my family-in-law and they just LOVED every space of the house. It's a beautiful home, very comfortable with all the essentials needed. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Casey was also a great host, always responded within minutes, and gave us recommendations with great local stores near the area (within walking distance). If you still have doubts about booking this property, please don't. You and your family/friends will have a lifetime experience as every corner of the house it's a good spot for memorable pictures.

Lovely home that has a ton of character! Beds are super comfortable. Spacious living room and beautiful dining and sun room. My family of 9 had a great time. Casey and Carl were super responsive throughout the trip.
