Such a beautiful location, perfect for lovers of the seaside; I woke up and watched the sea from my bed! We didn't go anywhere else on the island as we didn't need to. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our needs. We were on the beach within 2 minutes of leaving the house and spent most of Saturday in and around Bembridge estuary SUP-ing, swimming and walking. Check-in and out was simple. Parking was easy. And Emily was really helpful. Thank you!

Our stay at Solent Landing was fab, it had everything we needed. If you’re not a lover of stairs, this will not be the property for you. It is a townhouse, so we expected the stairs. It was a great location, and the fact we could just walk to the beach front was a real bonus. Thanks for having us.

We have just returned from the most lovely four day stay at 9 Solent Landing (2 adults, one toddler). The accommodation is perfect - so much room, well laid out and amazing views of the beach and coast. There is a path down to the beach, which is beautiful and sandy. Overall wonderful accommodation and beautiful location - highly recommend!.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. There was everything that we needed. Right on the beach, perfect for dog walking, swimming and relaxing. The landscaped gardens have lots of seating and is very quiet. Wonderful sea views. Everywhere including beach very clean. I would highly recommend a stay for the perfect holiday.

A really lovely place to stay. Lots of steps but beautiful rooms. Conveniently located right by the beach, and a short walk from the pub, cafe, and Co-Op and other shops. Quiet. Would recommend!
