The apartment has a noticeable unpleasant smell. The decorations are welcoming, but the place does appear to have deferred maintenance that is needed. The location is technically in Buckhead, but the neighborhood is not walkable. The one benefit is that the apartment is available for a single night. We needed a place for one night before we flew out of ATL. One night was enough for us.

I absolutely loved the place and felt at home. The ONLY thing I disliked was the internet/wifi was non existent pretty much. I work from home and had to try to use my phones hotspot. Would be 5stars if internet was up to speed

This property was our home away from home for a month. It is in a gated community, and as described (two bedrooms/2 baths with tub in each). It is close to great restaurants and shopping. We were surprised to find an excellent clubhouse with pool, entertainment rooms, and a well equipped workout facility. The neighborhood is upscale and walkable. Price was a little high in our opinion, but we would consider staying again.
