The apartment itself is lovely, as I felt very comfortable and safe inside. However, it did smell heavily of cigarettes on my arrival. The host was kind, but can improve on communication (I did not receive check-in/check-out instructions until said days). The kitchen is not very conducive for those who want to rely on home cooking (damaged/scratched, or even misshapen pots and pans, and no spatula, cutting board, etc). I would not recommend for solo female travelers; There were many instances of feeling uneasy in the surrounding area, including a lot of harassment and cat calling (during the day) that probably would've been easier to deal with if there were a companion by my side. The public transit is very unreliable in the area, so I ended up taking taxis more than intended. Overall, my stay in Naples wasn't what I expected. I appreciate the comfort of being in the apartment itself (comfortable bed, nice, clean bathroom, etc), it just wasn't the best fit for me and my needs.

Simplemente fantástica, desde el momento cero hasta la salida. Hemos sido bien recibidos y la comunicación ha sido muy buena, el departamento en general ha estado muy correcto. Gracias

We appreciate the stay, comfortable bed and bathroom too, the TVs are smart which is good, however the hostess proved to be unhelpful, informing at the beginning of the trip that she could provide us help, if necessary. however, we sent a message from which we did not get any response until the end of our stay and then we received only a "pre-made" message to thank us... kitchen without any kind of utensil that allows us to cook (gas stove without lighter or matches to turn on - for those who do not smoke this is a problem because it forces us to have to buy a lighter; without knives to cut, there was only and only meal cutlery, no board, there was only tableware and cutlery to eat, pots in bad condition - we tried to make tea but the same was with white waste derived from the material of the pot, coffee machine that does not work as it should be) otherwise everything ok 🙂 Area far from the center/lower of the city, very confusing buses!
