Great use of a small space, tons to do in the area, and love the park nearby to explore and walk in the morning. So grateful for coffee & a coffee pot to get our day going. We rented Jack's 2 brm condo to sleep and explore the area with our extended family. Highly recommend downtown Damariscotta to eat, enjoy local shopping, especially the original Reny's of Maine! Also we loved exploring local lighthouses along the coast and caught local Mainer, Bob Marley Comedian show inland! Perfect for two couples and my husband and I loved the fun loft upstairs to climb up the spiral staircase! His brother & wife enjoyed the main level master bedroom too. We all slept well. We had fun listening to the records on the turntable at nighttime together while we sipped wine & snacks to unwind from all our sightseeing. Great mix of tunes! Any questions we had Jack immediately got back to us. Love super hosts!

We rented Jack’s place for business partners from Japan, who were very happy with the central location in Damariscotta. Jack is an excellent communicator and made everything easy. We will be renting there again!!

Another wonderful stay at Jacks condo! His condo is clean; quiet; bedding is very comfortable; nicely decorated; lovely outdoor pool; even a large balcony for our telescope; ideally located close to all activities in the mid coast-easy to go farther north or south to Boothbay Harbor. Town is nearby and is charming -cute shops and restaurants along the river. Jack is extremely easy to communicate with and a fabulous host. We are grateful we found this place and look forward to many future visits! Highly recommend!
