The space is great for small groups or a family. We rented for an all-day team building event and it was perfect to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again with my own family because my kids will love the pool table and ping pong table. The rooftop is a great place to hang out and enjoy an evening as well.

Great spot next to a ton of options within walking distance for food, drinks, or coffee. Has a pool table that can also support ping pong so may not even need to leave! Lots of parking, would stay here again.

Our visit to E-town was for a concert at the nearby historic State Theatre. We chose Tracey’s place due to its proximity to the theatre and we were not disappointed with the variety of choices to eat and drink within walking distance. The entire place was very clean and exactly as described. We really enjoyed the pool table and all the very large screen tvs we could watch March Madness in every room if we wanted too. Loved the shades in the bedroom but wished for some in the living room as the sun was super bright during certain times of the day. Great shower to top it all off. Host was very communicative and helpful with checking in, complete with pictures.
