I have traveled to the Hawaiian Islands annually for many years. This was my first time staying at this part of The Big Island. Couldn't be happier I made this my vacation home. Great, private location in house near the host. Amazing views that temp you to just sit on the lanai and soak in the surroundings. Glorious sunrise and sunset watching with Maui as a background. Located on King Kamehaha's home turf, multiple historical sites and enchanting coastline walkable from the unit. Hosts and neighbors quickly become friends, bringing us gifts from their garden, anticipating needs and responding immediately. The kitchen is large and well equipped with an extensive array of accoutrements. I intend a return and will not hesitate recommending this location to collogues. Thanks to the hosts for providing one of the highlights to our island getaway.

Great experience! We are a family of 4 with a 7 and 9 year old. The kids were upset about pool not being close but in a way it worked out because we didn’t get stuck watching them in the pool. Very far from everything but we enjoyed the long drives and exploring. Dan and Elliott were great hosts!

Das Haus hat einen spektakulären Blick auf das Meer. Der Sonnenaufgang war traumhaft schön. Vollkommene Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Über einen Weg auf dem Grundstück kann man zu einem Privatstrand wandern. Dieser ist allerdings steinig, aber in fantastischer Natur gelegen. Uns wurden auf Anfrage Golfschläger zur Verfügung gestellt und es war ein tolles Erlebnis auf dem nahegelegen Platz zu spielen. Die Ausstattung ist neu und alles nur Erdenkliche ist vorhanden. Es war traumhaft schön und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.
