The house was perfect for our needs and great for the price. It is in a beautiful and peaceful location and the house itself is very clean. The wifi was a bit spotty but it was much better spending time living in the moment than on the internet.

The location was beautiful. It had beautiful sunsets, water all around, and very quiet. There is a nice little beach area to explore if you like. We enjoyed sitting on the cottage patio enjoying the waterfront view, especially first thing in the morning and in the evening. The ferry runs right beside the cottage but it is quiet and people going on and off the ferry were very quiet and respectful. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay.

So many repairs required I took photos so I wouldn't be charged. Blinds are unusable on every window so we left them as is for fear of them falling g down. Well the cable ferry runs all day long 6:30 till 12:30 am clang clang no mention of that . The huge stadium type Ferry light outside the bedroom window with a crappy blind, as for privacy the cars lined up for ferry looking into windows. I could go on just very neglected for the price. Could have been more honest about the Ferry and noise and privacy. Also the maintenance guy for the septic tank wanted to drain it while we were sitting out on the dock. He was angry he had come from Kingston we said we didn' know anything about it ....thanks Boris. The river is beautiful and full of surprises but so was the very neglected cabin...unfortunately. Yes Boris I know we are out in the country but all you had to say about the wifi was it comes and goes or trying resetting let me know if it doesn't come back on. Like polite host.
