My overall experience was not great. The home was as described, however, we did have an issue with ants in the kitchen. Not sure where they were coming from but they were already there upon my arrival. I did let the host know and she attempted to have someone look into it the next day, however my trip was very short and that would have inconvenienced my time further so I decided to just deal with it. Although the host was pleasant, her response time was not the best. Even prior to my stay, the communication was very slow and most times I ended up calling to get a response to my question. Also the neighborhood is not the best, it’s quiet but questionable. So between the communication, the ants and the neighborhood, my overall experience wasn’t the best.

Rockwell Nest was well appointed and it felt like home. Light and airy with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Celebrating my birthday with friends from out of town, we had more than enough space to sleep, eat and socialize. The space actually felt larger than what the pictures show. Close to downtown Atlanta and was central to everything else. Ms. O really put some thought into the amenities and design for this property. The pictures match the actual property. She has the best Welcome Book I've seen thus far in my travels. This definitely will be a goto AirBnB for future family and friend stays. Job well done.
