Unfortunately we had a difficult experience with Bachcare and their communication and attention to detail with the house we stayed in. They provided linen for only 1 bed out of 5, did not respond when we asked for more linen and told us they would not drop it off and we could only get this if we went and picked it up, which was a 40 minute drive over a very difficult road on Xmas Eve. We came from Australia with an 18 month old baby and also other guests from NZ who also had an 18 month old and this made our trip very difficult. Bachcare would not give out a contact mobile for the time we stayed there and were complete unresponsive over the 24-48 hours that mattered. Further, it seemed they had a number of changes in personnel in the call centre over this period which meant we had to explain the issue several times over to different people before any of them understood what was going on and what the issues were. They also did not respond when asked what the wifi details were.
