Originally from Texas, I am A U.S. Navy Veteran and Alumnus of the U.S. Naval Academy. I served aboard two ships on the east coast, and had the privilege of doing many interesting and exciting things while visiting about 15 different countries during that time. I was stationed here in Annapolis when I got out of the Navy, and having grown to love sailing I decided to stay here: The Sailing Capital of the U.S. Not to mention this is a great little city with a small town charm, and with the benefit of nearby big city amenities and international culture of Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD. Professionally I now work in the Construction Industry currently reviewing projects for building permits. Previous experience includes Residential and Commercial Project Management, Design, Estimating, and swinging a hammer in the field. My education includes a foundation in Engineering, and several years ago I went back to school in Architecture, Business, and Construction Management. I actually bought this boat to live on back when I first met my wife, and named it MY STUDIO. I lived aboard for two years, before she moved aboard with me. Our son even spent the first two years of his life living aboard. Although not for everyone, many aspects of living aboard a boat are down right wonderful. For instance: waking up and enjoying sunrise with a cup of coffee on a back porch that literally touches the water is something few people experience. Like many of you, we delight in experiences, and traveling is a wonderful way to broaden ones horizons. Now we would like to offer you the chance to discover how unique and wonderful it is to live aboard a nicely equipped sailing yacht. It has all the cozy comforts of home you need, while the location is hard to beat. MY STUDIO is located on Spa Creek in the Annapolis neighborhood of Eastport, just across the draw bridge from downtown. The boat slip is literally a very short walk, only several hundred feet, from at least five excellent restaurants. Within a little bit further of a walk, five or ten minutes, are even more restaurants, a bakery, and several coffee shops in both Eastport, and downtown Annapolis. Come visit Colonial Annapolis with all it’s historic charm, and maritime heritage, including the United States Naval Academy; not to mention delight in the most unique of accommodations when you stay aboard MY STUDIO.
