Wir haben drei Nächte in der schönen Unterkunft von Joe verbracht. Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt.

Joe was a friendly and welcoming host and we had a lovely stay in his beautiful house! Everything we needed for cooking and comfortable beds with beautiful Sardi bedspreads etc. Mosquito nets were broken so had to use AC at night but it worked well so not a huge problem. The view from the top terrace was stunning and our girls enjoyed exploring and drawing in the garden. Such an easy quick walk to the beach which we did daily for swimming or evening walks. October is end of season so not a lot open locally but not far away by car and lovely and quiet because of that. I would highly recommend Joe's place and would happily stay again when we return to Sardinia. Thanks Joe😊

Joe is an attentive host who provided lots of helpful information for our stay. The place itself is simple but provides what you'll need for a short stay close to a stunning beach, including an outdoor shower and a couple of areas to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The place took us a few minutes to find, and there were some small things that were amiss (for example, lighter for BBQ not working), but these are minor quibbles and I'm sure Joe would have jumped right on it if we had asked for assistance.

This place is really wonderfull. The house itself is very well maintained and you can tell the host put a lot of effort in it. The bed is comfortable and the house has everything you need for a carefree holiday. Airco, ventilators and all the essentials are there, towels, beachtowels, beach chairs, umbrella’s, sunscreen, kitchen equipments, laundry machine. But the highlight of the house is the oudside, the garden is absolutely magical. There is a covered terrace with barbecue, surrounded by plants. If you walk up the natural stones stairs, you’ll find the rooftop terrace with breathtaking view. The serenity you feel while staying in the house is indescribable. The location of the house makes it extra perfect. You’ll walk down the road and you’ll find a beautiful public beach with beach clubs. Joe the host was always available and very nice. Don’t hesitate and book, you will not be disappointed.

Joe is a very friendly and communicative host. He was available throughout the entire week and took care of all requests very quickly. When the drain clogged on the second day, he immediately arranged for plumbers and everything was taken care of the next morning. The accommodation was very clean when we arrived and holds up to the expectations. We had a great time there!
